The safety and reliability of the previously existing Nexon, combined with the latest EV technology, are one of the major reasons for this massive sales figure. 

Also, the Nexon EV comes at a sweet price point of Rs 14.49 lakhs and Rs 19.29 lakh. Most of the sales are from the mid variants, which seem to be a good choice for anyone who’s looking for a midsize SUV with safety and comfort.

Discounts on Tata Nexon EV: April 2024

Across the country, Tata Nexon EV is expected to receive a price cut of Rs 50,000 for the models made in 2023. This is great news for potential Nexon EV buyers, as it directly comes from the manufacturer’s listings. This discount is termed a “green bonus,”  which can be available directly without any formalities. 

This discount is currently valid for all the models manufactured between September and December 2023. But the discount is only limited to MY 2023 models. You cannot avail of this offer on models manufactured in 2024. 

The Nexon EV comes with 30.2 kWh and 40.5 kWh battery packs, which give it good ranges of 325 kms and 465 kms respectively. The smaller battery pack version provides an output of 129hp and the larger battery pack version provides 145hp output. It directly competes with the Mahindra XUV 400 EV.

Discount on Tata Tiago EV: April 2024

The Tata Tiago EV will also receive a pretty good discount. This EV is expected to receive a discount of Rs 65,000, which will include a green bonus of Rs 50,000 and an exchange offer of Rs 15,000. These discounts are available for models manufactured in 2023. 

For MY 2024 models, Tata dealerships across the country are offering discounts of up to Rs 35,000, which comprises Rs 20,000 as a green bonus and Rs 15,000 as an exchange bonus.

The Tiago EV comes in two variants with 19.2 kWh and 24 kWh battery packs. They churn out a power output of 61hp and 74hp respectively. The Tiago EV starts at a price of Rs 7.99 lakh and goes up to Rs 11.89 lakh. The Tiago EV directly competes with the MG Comet EV.
